On The Floor Custom Cars
Dan Dunn of Yorba Linda, California, is a serious custom car guy, with a serious weakness for hot rod Impalas and drag boats. He was kind enough to let us move all his stuff out of his garage/shop and turn it into a temporary paint booth for the cover shoot. The black '62 is powered by a 500hp small-block, while the other '62, in bare metal, rocks a tube chassis and a 1,100hp big-block. The white '60 Impala features a 350 crate motor, and most of his rides cruise on 'bags and Intro wheels. They aren't trucks, but they are way cool anyway.
