The first show of the season is always met with anticipation, no matter what part of the country you live in. For the West Coast the show is Forbidden Fantasy, put on by the Moreno Valley-based truck club of the same name. Now in its seventh year, the show ropes in custom trucks from not only the California area, but the surrounding Arizona and New Mexico area as well, which all come out to debut their latest fab' work or custom paint.

The two-day event wraps around the majority of the Lake Perris Fairgrounds and includes several rows of vendors selling everything from 'bags and link bars to shirts and sodas. I.F. Customs brought out the '67 Chevy that belonged to Matt Eye, one of the company's boys, who unfortunately passed away earlier this year. Dave and the I.F. crew have dedicated their time to finishing the truck in Matt's memory and bringing it along with them on their annual Showfest cruise.

Saturday proved to be a much-needed setup day, as 600 custom vehicles rolled through the registration line and found parking throughout the fairgrounds. You couldn't have asked for better weather on either day, as the mercury sat right around the 90-degree mark and the skies stayed true blue without a cloud in sight.

Sunday hosted the main event, where more than 8,000 spectators mobbed their way onto the showgrounds. A slew of events, including the Xtreme bike show and Xtreme skate exhibition, entertained attendees at the on-site skate park. Ruben and Marcos of Masters Auto Body & Suspension in Indio, California, ponied up a set of 18-inch wheels that was raffled off to a lucky winner. Without a doubt the biggest crowd congregated for the bikini contest. Girls from all over SoCal slipped into bikinis to jiggle, wiggle, and bounce their way to the Top 3 list. Several girls showed off their creative talents on one of the DJ booth's poles for extra credit.

Lance Milne walked away with the Best of Show honors, and No Regrets showed up in force, claiming the Club Participation trophy. A special nod was given to Severed Ties for bringing out the most body-dropped vehicles to the show.

The event was once again a success and the members of Forbidden Fantasy can't wait to do it again for you next year. For information on this year's event or if you want to start planning to join them next year, go check out www.forbiddenfantasy.net.

One Lucky Pole
Little did the white pole know while it was being set up that it was about to have one of the best days of its life. Each of the girls took turns grinding, rubbing, and stroking it. God we're jealous.
