Bringin' back the old school! Mike Lapker's Datsun 620 featured flared fenders and a big-'n'-little wheel combo, with 14s up front and 15s out back. Straight out of '83! | Kastaway's member Jerry Taylor brought out his body-dropped Nissan Hardbody and full display to show fools what time it was. | The cruise kicked off at Out of Control Off-Road, a shop that excels in suspension lifts for those who want to drive a monster-sized sport truck. |
From there, we journeyed to MKW wheels distribution center, where the company gave away killer prizes and a tour of its facility. | Next, we headed north to BTW Performance in Azusa and witnessed a throng of monster truck owners congregating all around the shop. The crew showed off some amazing suspension lifts, hijinks ensued, and we left for our next destination. | SS Motorsports would be our final stop before lunch at Beer Hunters. At this stop, we picked up a gang of truck owners, and when we hit the road, the cruise had grown to more than 50 trucks. |
Street Beat Customs was at the show, selling the best in styling and performance upgrades for sport trucks. | Chris Wood's Ford F-650 was rolling huge on Michelin 425/65R22.5 tires and 22.5-inch Alcoa tractor trailer wheels. The trailing arm and three-link rear suspension setup looked like it worked well with the gargantuan airbags. We wonder if the primer is a temporary thing until the body mods are complete. | It's hard to believe that not only is this '99 Navigator tucking 26-inch wheels and tires front and back, but that it was purchased new and the only stock parts remaining are the body, engine, and transmission. It lays hard, thanks to a 2x2-inch custom chassis and airbags. |
Lee Neiman rolls with North Shore Rods, and his '64 GMC looked right at home in Havasu.

This '05 Navigator belongs to Javier Cantu and hovers above 24-inch Foose wheels.
Danny Hefner's '50 Chevy Stepside was built from junk-literally. The drivetrain is from a '74 Camaro, the radiator from a Plymouth Fury, the shocks from a '83 Chevy van, and the steering is from a '76 Monte Carlo. That's all fine and dandy, but we really dig the 4-inch chop and Cragar Super Sport rims. | Kyle Burton's '96 Tacoma tucked a set of Niche wheels and featured a subtle graphics scheme that really made this 'bagged mini shine. | A proud member of the Over the Hill Gang, Bob Krueger loves his '64 Chevy. The 350/350 combo rumbles loud, and the 17s are a nice throwback to a time when building trucks was a lot simpler. |
Nashfx.com painted this F-250 and even sprayed the incredible subwoofer enclosure mounted in the headliner. | This isn't your average Ford Harley-Davidson SuperCrew. Rick Spillman customized his with a boomin' system, big wheels, and slick paint. | Edgar Hernandez '81 Chevy C10 is another fine ride from the Xtreme Lowz camp. |
Not a bad place to be stuck, eh?
