2006 SEMA Trade Show - An Excuse to Party!

Amazing Rides
Our tongues were dragging on the ground even further once we hit the rest of the show. With so many killer rides and custom metal everywhere, SEMA is a true playground for any automotive fan.

Bill Carlton of Ekstensive Metalworks 'bagged this Chevy TopKick, stretched it 1-1/2 feet, and made a full custom bed for it. It was painted by Kustom Werx, only days before the trip from Houston to Las Vegas. Once it rolled out of the paint shop, it was hooked up to a three-car trailer and test-driven on its way to the show.	Lukasz brought out his Chevy LUV Hybrid with a Toyota motor and front frame clip.
Don Sneddon's Ford F-150 had a nice Pro Stock look with new Mickey Thompson one-piece forged HR-1 wheels.	The boys of Hills Hot Rods brought out this clean F-100.
If you were ever curious what the inside of GM's 5.3L motor looks like, a cut-away version of it was on display. The 4.8L engine is an unstroked version of this one.	Toyota's new FJ proved its off-road prowess on the proving grounds throughout the show.
