More than 400 trophies were awarded, with Johnny Ventura's Hot Stepper capturing the top trophy of the show, the Super Freak award. His '85 Ford F-150 is his very first truck, bought from a friend in 1986 and still winning trophies. Skip from Twisted Koncepts grabbed the Jawbreaker Truck award with his fullsize Chevy, and Randy from Twisted Fantasies walked away with the Unfinished Super Freak award for his cool Toyota. The Club of the Year trophy went to Pebble Pushers.
Check out Kristen and her dog named Apple Blossom.
There are car and truck shows about cars and trucks, and then there are events like Freak Show, which is as much about the party as the huge collection of vehicles on hand. More than 6,000 people and 1,750 vehicles showed up for the legendary Hell Raising at this R-rated event. Leave the young ones with grandma, and enjoy this adult-oriented weekend, known for old-school partying. Get the party started with camping on-site and free beer at the Beer Pong competition. Nighttime activities include Dancing with Strangers for cash, Beat Box rivalries, Beer Pitcher Chug, Freestyle Rap, Lingerie Parade, Bikini and Wet T-shirt contests, and lots more that put the freak in Freak Show. More than $5,000 was given away to winners. Everyone could enjoy the new Freaky Nights nightclub, complete with DJs, lights, and slammin' music till 5 a.m.
Freak Show has lots of everything, including all of the aforementioned events, along with Sunday's Burnout Competition, Dodge Ball, and the Freestyle Drift in the Dirt, a spectator favorite. The awards ceremony wrapped up the weekend's events with more than 400 drivers heading home with new additions to their trophy wall.
