Fast facts:
Last year, the show was still held, even though it hadn't been long since the destruction of Hurricane Katrina, and the town was still in shambles. This year, the show was the biggest it had ever been, even with the town still not totally rebuilt.
Special Events:
The world-famous bikini contest was held at the drag strip, as well as the USACi triple-point event. Also not to be missed were the hydraulic and air competition, the frame-dragging and burnout contests, the neon glow-off, and the Saturday night beach cruise.
