Grant Kustoms fabricated an all-steel remote-control truck that was given to the Best of Show winner.
After two years partying in and around the convention center in Louisville, Kentucky, we outgrew the facility. Faced with having to move the show, we chose Beech Bend because we could legally have a railin' contest, drag racing, and room to grow in the future.
5150 Sunglasses sponsored a killer bikini contest, Suicidedoors.com sponsored a nighttime railin' contest, and Interco Tires sponsored The Sport Truck Challenge, a contest to find the quickest and coolest truck at the show.

Heather Buford was another lovely lady who gave the crowd something to look at besides chrome and paint, grabbing Third Place.
Show-promoter extraordinaire Cheeseburger Eddy enjoys the fruits of his labor by emceeing the bikini contest. Eddy likes the bikini girls this much.

The Mini Truckin' Magazine Editor's Pick was this Isuzu P'up, owned by Kyle Gould.
Ted Munsell (on left) built...
Ted Munsell (on left) built this copper C10 and took home the Sport Truck Editor's Pick and Second Place in the Sport Truck Challenge with it. He says The Challenge was a ton of fun, and he's building another truck to compete next year. We tried to hard not to pick another C10 for the award this year, but you could literally eat your lunch off every surface of this truck, and we couldn't find another truck in the show on the same level.
Bruce John's '40 International...
Bruce John's '40 International came out to represent the Rat rods in style.
Ten years ago, this could...
Ten years ago, this could be any truck show in the nation. Nowadays, this is like taking a trip back in our own personal time machine that would have had Dick Cepek tires, 18 hot-pink shock boots, and a Fleckstone homemade bedliner.
Whoever said phantom dualies...
Whoever said phantom dualies were dead apparently didn't yell it loud enough for the owner of this truck to hear. The big Mickeys looked right at home beneath the fenders of this GMC.
