Awards Given: Joe Cochran's 2002 custom Chevy 4X4 was loaded with stereo as well as horsepower. Strong enough to win the "Pull Off" and cool enough to capture Best of Show, Cochran's lifted Chevy was hard on the competition. The Oliver family chose Chris Sewell's flame-painted, body-dropped '99 Ford F-150 as their favorite. Greg Intzegian's flaming '98 S-10, complete with dancing skeletons, took Best Paint while Todd Jackson's radical audiovisual Avalanche took the Best Interior award. More than 100 other drivers went home with trophies.Special Events: Hardcore always packs lots of action into it's events. This year, in addition to the motorcycle stunt team that performed throughout the day, there was a smoky burnout competition, and 4x4 tug-of-war, as well as the always fun club games that included the traditional Peanuts in Da' Whipped Cream, Chubby Buddy Marshmallow Cram, Root Beer Chug, and the perennial spectator favorite, the wet T-shirt contest
