The rear view is just as pretty...        read full caption The rear view is just as pretty as the front with a Sir Michael’s roll pan, shaved ’gate handle, and 3D brake light. The fuel door was filled and relocated into the bed. All of the body mods, including shaved emblems, door handles, and 2000 VW Cyber Green paint, were perfectly executed by JDS Auto Body in Villapark, Illinois. The rear is lowered all the way with the help of a set of ladder bars actuated by AIM Industries airbags and a custom built C-notch. The Stornello Brothers pulled off the chassis work including the smoothed and painted frame.

The interior boasts Mustang...        read full caption The interior boasts Mustang buckets wrapped in a combination of tweed and leather, upholstered by Chapman Creations in Bolingbrook, Illinois, to match the rest of the interior, including a custom center console that wraps around behind the seats to enclose the 12-inch Rockford Fosgate subs and Alpine amps. The column is topped off with a Billet Specialties Eagle steering wheel.

Some trucks sneak up on you. You’re strolling the rows at a show absolutely bursting with multi-hued, striped, paneled, and flamed this and that with neon frame lights, stroboscopic marker lights, and big thumpity subs, all snapping at your ankles, vying for your attention. In the middle of it all is a seemingly plain-jane, monochromatic smoothie, resting comfortably down in the weeds where it belongs. No big-booty bass assault or flashing neon to confront your senses—only a super-clean, Cyber Green Ranger. You know John Horgan’s in town. John spent four years building his ’94 Ranger Splash into the righteous piece of rolling art you see here. From the looks of it you’d think that John’s an old hand at building trucks. Truth of the matter is, this is his first-ever project. His philosophy during the buildup was to do it right the first time, and we think he succeeded.
