The specs.

After the initial custom Firestone airbag system, a step notch, and a triangulated four-bar system were all installed at Wicked Kustom Auto in Hollywood, Florida, David only felt mildly better. At this point David realized the need to go under the knife was unavoidable, and so he had Wicked Kustom Auto perform the necessary surgery. David felt nearly cured after the 3 ¾-inch body drop. All he needed now was a makeover fitting his new (lowered) outlook. David started on the outside by treating himself to a Britax ragtop, and then added a 2000 model grille and bumper with a Trenz insert up front, a SnugTop tonneau, APC clear euro taillights, and a Sir Michaels roll pan in the rear. The fresh suit required a new pair of shoes, so David slipped his truck into a set of 20x8 Colorado Custom Slater Fives with Michelin Pilot grip.

Now that David was feeling more down to earth, he felt the F-150 was ready for some dress-up accessories. These included a set of custom-made engine pieces from Billet and Acrylic of Vero Beach, Florida, who also crafted a few of the one-off pieces for the interior. Further interior dressing includes a Colorado Custom steering wheel and a gauge cluster overlay, a rearview mirror, and a shifter arm from Trenz.

David is feeling much better now and has been able to rest comfortably through the night without being awakened by an all-too-real nightmare of driving a stock-height truck.
