The unique treatment for the bed began by radiusing all the inside corners, adding a huge set of connected tubs for axle clearance, and finally spraying it all with Rhino Liner for a seamless look. The tailgate was welded shut, the rear pan molded into place, and a small round gas filler door cut into the driver-side bedrail.
