Suspension: front: McGaughy's 2-inch drop spindles, Firestone 24C air bags; rear: three-link locating the axle and Firestone 24C 'bags for lift; Viair 350 compressors fill twin 6-gallon chrome air tanks while 3/8-inch valves and line transfer the air to the 'bags; an AVS switchbox controls the system; the hammered stance is enhanced with a body-dropless chassis that retains the factory GM front clip; the powdercoated 2x3-inch boxed tube steel chassis begins at the firewall and ends at the roll pan, eliminating the need to raise the cab floor in order to get the rockers sitting flush with the frame
