The bed was completely made over to fit Rob's needs. The side vents feed air into the bed, while fans push air through the radiator and out the oval heat evacuation hole fabbed in the bed. A custom set of tips lay flush under the bed in a curved segment built into the custom roll pan. |
With a huge intercooler up front, relocating the radiator was a must. Not only were the exhaust housings on the turbo coated in ceramic to keep the heat down, but the whole exhaust system back to the exhaust tips shares the same thermal barrier. The fuel is gravity-fed to the huge fuel pump that feeds the 700hp monster. |

About the only things left of the stock interior are the door handles, the shifter, and a small segment of the floor plastic. Auto Meter gauges equip the driver with all the essential engine monitoring inputs. A quick-release steering wheel, APC race buckets, and Simpson harnesses tell the tale of what's underhood of the Ford Frightning. |
Jason Rushforth designed the overall paint scheme. The hulk was taken to Larry Jones of Morganville, New Jersey, where the base House of Kolor's Candy Green was shot down and coated in clear. Rob took to the tap and spray gun for the flames that cover the fenders and tonneau. |

With 22-inch rims in mind, Rob took his design pattern to his dad, who then converted his son's design to aluminum pieces of art coated in Ida's own Titan-Tech coating. Two sets of rims were made for street driving and track runs. |
Rob's changes to the front clip are fully functional. The holes in the lower bumper valance feed air to the massive intercooler. Also housed are two pencil beam lights that give good distance lighting for high-speed hammering. The hood also has two scoops, which scoop air and feed the turbos with fresh air. |
