Intake
Airaid's Quick Fit, with replacement air filter and heat shield, easily installs in minutes and doesn't require a new air inlet tube. The shield seals the filter from ingesting hot air that builds up in the engine compartment, and the conical filter will outflow the stock paper filter.

Exhaust
MagnaFlow's stainless steel exhaust system is available for every available engine in this truck. It features 2-1/2-inch-diameter tubing, smooth transitions around the suspension components, a free-flowing muffler, and a 3-1/2-inch polished tip. MagnaFlow even offers a dual-exit exhaust, if you're feelin' froggy.

Wheels
We mounted the new rubber on a set of Weld Racing Cheyenne 6 forged aluminum wheels. The wheels measure 17x10 inches with 4-1/2 inches of backspacing. Weld offers these wheels in either polished aluminum or chrome finishes.

Tires
Pro Comp's All Terrain tire is the perfect rubber for a truck that will see more asphalt than dirt, while still offering an aggressive-looking tread pattern. Fabtech says, with minor trimming of the front valance, you can fit a 285/75R17 tire, which is 33 inches in diameter, but we played it safe and chose a 265/70R17 to minimize the chance of rubbing when the suspension cycles over rough terrain. The tires are a smidge under 32 inches in diameter.

Suspension
Fabtech Motorsports' 3-inch spindle lift kit for the Colorado/Canyon is a great way to level the ride height of these trucks.
