THE SHOCKS
Each one of these knobs has 24 clicks of adjustment, producing 546 possible combinations of tuning. Every click is an evenly spaced valving change throughout the adjustment range. There are no jumps when adjusting between any two clicks, and yes, you can tell the difference between two clicks. Make sure to back the knobs to the lowest setting (ours were already there) because QA1 recommends starting there.
1994 Custom Chevy Truck Performance Shocks Shaft
The main shaft of the Stocker Stars is 5/8-inch-thick centerless ground, hard chrome-plated rod, which eliminates flex and creates a precision sealing surface. You can also see where the end cap can be removed, and that's because these things are rebuildable but only by an authorized dealer or you will void any warranty.
1994 Custom Chevy Truck Performance Shocks Side By Side
Here is a comparison shot of the DJM shocks we installed with the lowering kit and the QA1s. As you can see, the new shocks are the correct length, and the ends are in the right configuration, but they are much beefier.
