Installing the new Pioneer tweeter requires removing the armrest section of the door panel. The OEM tweeter simply twists off once the speaker wire has been detached. The Pioneer tweeter sits directly in the opening of the OEM piece and is held in place with the factory grille shell. Once the door panel is re-installed, the new Pioneer speakers will be undetectable to the naked eye, thus adding a measure of security. View Related Article
