Just because most manufacturers have switched to a coilover front suspension with rack-and-pinion steering for fullsize trucks doesn't mean the aftermarket world stops making lifts. Rancho, like most aftermarket companies, knows we as consumers want our vehicles to be bigger or faster than the way they came off the dealer's lot. Thankfully, Rancho listens to its customers and decided to use its 50 years of suspension knowledge to design a lift system for the '04-'06 Nissan Titan.
Rancho has again engineered an easy-to-install performance package that maintains the stock position of the steering gear and, once installed, will allow you to strap on a larger wheel/tire package, as big as 35-inch tires, and enhance the vehicles' versatility.
Featuring Rancho's heavy-duty ductile iron steering knuckles that maintain optimal steering geometry and allow for easy alignment to OE specs, the Titan suspension also uses Rancho's brand-new two-piece crossmember design, maximizing ground clearance and adding strength.

Because Rancho designed this kit to retain all the stock springs, the ride stays pretty close to stock. We say "pretty close" because the shocks are a bit stiffer, depending on the settings you use, and the tires feature a stiffer sidewall. This is not a bad thing, considering you don't want your lifted truck to handle like a waterbed. |  What's In The Box? Here is... It comes with all the necessary nuts, bolts, brackets, and crossmembers, along with a set of lift knuckles and RS 9000 Triple X adjustable shocks. The Triple X shocks allow you to tweak compression and rebound to suit your needs, via a little knob on the shock, and they have a threaded collar to give you the ability to fine-tune the height of the truck by 2-1/2 inches, depending on your wheel and tire combo. |  Rancho Pro Series Remote Reservoir... After the wheels have been removed, the front crossmember is unbolted and set aside. It will not be reused later, so you can either chuck it or store it, just in case you want to revertback to stock later. |  2. Remove the brake caliper...  2. Remove the brake caliper assembly and secure with wire, but do not let the caliper hang by the brake line. The brake lines will not be reused, but if you let the caliper hang, you risk the chance of damaging the fittings. |  3. To remove the spindle,...  3. To remove the spindle, disconnect the lower ball-joint pinch bolt and pop the ball joint free. A few good solid whacks with a hammer should do the trick. Remember to hit the spindle and not the threads of the ball joint. |
