MAR-K now makes tailgates for '55-'62 GMC Stepside trucks. The gate has the correct gauge thickness, welded construction, bends, and dimensions of the factory piece. They are available with the original embossment and GMC lettering in the center area, including tailgate ends with chain latch for securing the tailgate to the truck. Stainless Steel Brakes Corporation (SSBC) '63-'70 GM 1/2-ton brake kits feature SSBC's lightweight Force 10 two-piston aluminum caliper, which bolts directly to the stock spindle. Wheel vintiques 82 Series Royale aluminum rims are available in 17- and 18-inch diameters in a variety of widths. Available bolt patterns include 5 on 4-1/2, 5 on 4-3/4, 5 on 5, and 5 on 5-1/2 inches. Because these wheels are made to order, there may be some flexibility from standard backspacing.
