2. With the bolts out, I rolled the regulator all the way down to get it out of the way. Then I rotated the glass (counterclockwise in this photo) and slid it out toward the outside of the doorframe. See that little hole in the glass? That holds a little clip we will go over later, but if the clip breaks the window won't work properly without it.
