2-3. There are two different styles of rear lower mounts: coilover shock mounts or air suspension mounts. The three-hole style is a street-rod-style mount, and the multihole style is a dragracing-style mount. Again, either of these brackets will hold the coilover shock or a ShockWave-style 'bag.
