3. Here are the bars and brackets fully assembled. The lower bars were left untouched, but the upper bars were cut down to 13 inches and the threads retapped with a 3/4-16 tap. In a typical install, you won't need to cut the upper bars. Mike is moving all of the mounts to the inside of the frame for more tire clearance. He'll end up using the gas-tank crossmember as the upper mounting area, so the bars need to be shorter. View Related Article
