8. The hardware for the pump is hiding behind the pulley. Unknown to me at the time, a special puller is needed to get the power steering pulley off. Luckily I was able to borrow one from a friend, but you can check with your local parts supplier. They either have them for sale or they will loan them to you so it worth checking into.
